Participation in NIHBA’s Committees & Councils is an excellent way to get involved in the Association’s activities. It also provides great networking opportunities. If you’re interested in joining any of the following committees, contact Becky Michels.

Budget & Finance
Reviews monthly financial statements and provides oversight and stewardship for the Association's assets.
Education
Promotes and provides educational programs for NIHBA members that address the problems, challenges and opportunities for the home building industry.
Membership
Develops recruitment and retainment programs for new and current members.
PR & Marketing
Creates new opportunities to advertise member businesses and services within the association. Develops marketing options to expand and help brand our association to new members and consumers.
Professional Women in Building Council
PWB is dedicated to promoting, enhancing & supporting home building and women within the industry through advocacy, awareness & community involvement.
Program
Creates and plans the monthly general membership meetings, golf outings, special social and networking events, the annual holiday party, and other association events.
Workforce Development
Provides a forum to promote leadership, innovation, collaboration, and information sharing among construction industry professionals at all levels.
Cavalcade Tour of Homes
Develops and executes the plans for the successful bi-annual Cavalcade Tour of Homes, engaging builders, sponsors, supporters and marketing tools.
